Description

This set is suitable for teaching young learners the vocabulary they need to talk about the things they do every day. The illustration style is sweet and cute.

All of these cards can be used with lessons on frequency adverbs (always, usually, sometimes, never) or when teaching the past tense.

Two of the phrases in this set are written in 1st person present (ex. brush my teeth, wash my hands).

Great website! It really helps me in making my basic students understand using the flashcards and it saves my preparation time.
Thank you for giving us loads of ideas and I share this site with other teachers as well.

Thank you for the feedback. Glad to hear the cards are useful for you!

I find these flashcards very useful. But I would like to have the option of printing out flashcards with pictures and words.
    Would that be possible?

    • Karen

That would require me to remake all the flashcard sets, which is too big of an undertaking for me right now 🙁 However, I may have time to work on that later in the year. If so, which sets would be a priority for you?

    • Karen

At long last, we’ve now created picture flashcards with words. Wordless cards are still available, too! 🙂

Fantastic website I love it! Thank you for your help with my very young learners. Have you available flashcards for the days of the week? It would be great. Thank you.

    • Karen

Sorry, we do not have days of the week flashcards right now. I’ll keep your idea in mind for the next time I make a batch of new flashcards, though. Thanks!

    • Karen

We now have a simple set of Days of the Week flashcards!

Thank you so so much for what have you done at first. I want to download these flashcards for my own kid,so I can teach her at home. And this website really helps a lot. But here is one thing, there are no words in the flashcards under the picture,I wonder if you guys can help me with that. Love you~

    • Karen

One reason there are no words under the pictures is so that the student can recall the vocabulary without reading the answer. Also, so that the cards can be used to teach languages other than English.

You can print the word card set and paste the matching vocabulary to the back side of the card. Or, if you really want the words under the picture, you can glue the picture card to coloured paper and then write or glue the text under the picture.

      Hope those ideas help!
