Description
Here is another set of verb flashcards suitable for teaching beginner level students.
This set includes nine pairs of verbs, one image per card, for a total of 18 cards. Each word has an opposite action in the set, such as closeand open.
These cards would be especially fun for playing a game of Simon Says with negatives- “Don’t stand up!”
Enjoy!

Richard –
how can i print them one by one? Thanks
Karen –
If you download the “Large Set”, the flashcards will print one per page, full page size. You can exclude the ones you don’t want by printing ranges (ex. page 1-3, 4-7, etc).
However, at this time, we don’t have the option to select individual cards in order to make your own sets.

I love these cards! The best feature is definitely the lack of text (such as in “places in the city”), which makes it possible to use these cards not only in my English classes but in my Spanish classes as well! ;D
Karen –
I’m so happy to hear that the cards have been useful for Spanish! We left the words off specifically for that reason, but we don’t often get feedback from people using them other than for teaching / studying English. Thanks so much for your comment!
